MollandAs always, I like to start my day off by seeing what new properties are on the market.

I’ve spotted this property which is located in West Derby near the old Deysbrook Barricks. It’s a nice tidy three bedroom mid town house that comprises of through lounge, kitchen/diner, rear garden, three bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The property is available for £95,000 through Reeds Rains and I have rented a similar property in the same road so I would like to achieve a rental figure of £7,200 per annum.

It’s located in a good area, the property is in a cul der sac so should be quiet and it laid out well with a nice size garden which are the ingredients needed for a good quality long standing tenant.
