Duplex Apartment in Grade II Listed Building on Liverpool’s Waterfront

A lot of the City Centre investments I’ve posted have been around or below £100,000 because usually, they offer a great yield however this particular property I’m sharing is on the market for £159,950 and I think that’s a great price. Waterloo Warehouse is a Grade II listed building situated on Waterloo Dock that is popular among owner occupiers but very desirable for professional tenants as it’s know as a prestige development.

L3 is one of the most exciting areas of Liverpool and will be for years to come. There are plans in place to completely reform the docklands including a new Cruise Terminal which be a brilliant view from Waterloo Warehouse and Waterloo Quay. New bars, restaurants and offices are also in the plans; I think this part of town will be the ‘hot spot’ for years to come and I anticipate prices to increase in this area.

In regards to rental income, two bed, furnished apartments with parking let for £1,000 per month. This particular apartment is in need of some TLC but purchased at the right price, would be a great investment property.

The sales particulars can bee seen here. It was listed today so I’d say get in there early!
