I noticed this property come on the market early April as I’ve had experience of letting properties in this road and they always attract good quality long standing families but I felt the property price was too high for it to work for an investor.
The property is a mid terrace spacious four bedroom house that has recently (judging by the photos) been refurbished that comprises of front and rear lounge, kitchen/diner, rear yard, utility room, shower room, family bathroom and four bedrooms. The property came on the market at £120,000 in April and the price has been reduced on several occasions down to offers over £90,000 in May. If you rented the property out, then you would achieve £600 giving this property a yield of 8% and that’s if you purchase it at £90,000, but I have a feeling that the vendor would be open to further reductions.
