It’s not very often you come across a resonably priced three bedroom apartment in the city so I was thrilled when I seen this property listed with Venmores. I know there’s no internal photgraphs, it’s likely to be tenanted and I know first hand it can be difficult to take decent marketing photos, even more so if it’s three students.
I know that some of these apartments are dated but they let really well but the details state the kitchen is ‘modern’. The communal areas here are well kept as the development is managed by a local housing associasion – the bonus of this is service charges should be lower than most city centre apartments. For a student at Liverpool John Moores University, the location couldn’t be more perfect.
An archived listing on Zoopla shows a rather dated apartment which let for £695 but 3 bedrooms are like golddust in August & September; I’d expect at least £800 per month if the property is well presented. Overall, there’s a potenital yield of above 7%.
I would definitely recommend early viewings for this apartment as I’d be surprised if it’s not sold within the first few weeks! As always, comments, feedback or questions are more than welcome.
